"New Old stock." These clips attach are used for mounting a rear mudguard to the brake caliper.
A very rare find now and almost impossible to see them in new unfitted condition.
They are suitable for most roadster bicycles including BSA, Elswick, Humber, Raleigh, Rudge etc.
Simply bend the bracket around your existing mudguard to fit. Simple as that!
