Classic cro-mo steel seat binder bolts. Great quality seat bolt at a great price!
These bolts are used on steel bicycle frames with integrated clamps. The fixed side of the bolt has a "key" to lock into frame notch to prevent spinning whilst tightening and additionally features a 5mm Hex broach in case the key/notch fail to hold the torque.
